Artist's Comments

So... I've been neglecting my art. DX
But! Late at night, these past four days, I have been hit with inspiration! For this. Not the picture, I mean, the story. I already have 20 pages in Word. I think it's the longest thing I've ever written, and in the shortest amount of time.

It's a Pride and Prejudice fic. But the deal with P&;P fics is that you can sell them. Legitimately. |D

Yeeeeeah!

Notes about the cover: Should this ever get published (which I highly doubt, but let's stay optimistic, shall we?), my name is going to go on a red strip at the bottom. The guy was originally supposed to be looking up at the heart, but I failed at the eyes.

Wow ^^
That's nice, it really looks like an cover for an actual novel.

Hmm. You could try sending it to an publisher when it is finished. Maybe they will accept it ^^

...
But when you try to really publish an novel, you should write something more ... for everyone, not only for people who have read ' Pride and Prejudice'.

...
I would buy/read it anyway. ^^
... after Pride and Prejudice.

With what program did you made this?

Uh. And do you have any new ideas for our Coop-Writing thing?

^^ Thank you. Yeah, it started out just as a little blurb that wasn't very important, but it's grown into something pretty big. Since it started out not so important, I haven't added many details to the beginning, assuming most people who would read it would have read Pride and Prejudice, but I realized that if this really does have a chance, I'd have to rewrite the beginning so that you wouldn't have to have read Pride and Prejudice to get it. As it is, it's already veering from the 'traditional' Pride and Prejudice storyline.

I would be so psyched if they actually did accept it. Just thinking about it makes me giddy! |DD

I used Photoshop for this. And, yeah, I'm sooooooo sorry I haven't emailed you in forever. I actually only opened up my email for the first time in weeks today, and that was just because my mom needed for me to email her something immediately. I actually had a question: are the mines only on planets, or are there some other places, like asteriods and stuff?

...wow. Long comment is long. o_o

The mine the main character is working on should be a planetary mine, I think. But there are also Asteroid mines, which are mined with Drones and men in Space Suit things.

Another idea: The reader thinks that the Imperialists are the good guys, until an specific event happens. And this event is something really Evil. >=3

Another character idea: An Soldier, who follows his leader until the event happens. Then he tries to help the rebellion.

..

We have to find other names for the Empire and the Rebellion. Sounds to Star-Warsish.

Niiiiice. Love it.

So... what's Jador's general personality? We went over his basic background, but didn't go over that. XD

XDD Empires and Rebellions have been in existence forever. It's not exactly pinned to one story or time period. I think we're good on that front, unless you really want to change it.

Jador is the main character, right?

Hmm. He should not be such an typical hero. He is only pulled by anger to the Marine (They killed his sister) into the Rebellion. Most of the time he is silent.

I don't know. Your ideas? (I can't think of personalities so well.)

...
We could call the Rebellion 'The Resistance', I like that word more.
