And so, Erik had enough time to whisk Christine away out of danger of the mob [and to a byooteeful wedding] while Raoul tried to untangle himself with whatever was down there in the lake.

Twas an entry for :iconphantom-of-da-opera:'s contest, but I dunno how well it'd fare. You can't end drama with humor. It ruins everything. XD
Ah, well. I'll try anyway.

I also had a supercoolanddramatic! idea, but I forgot, and by the time I remembered, it was too late to execute it.

...Poor Raoul. I don't hate you, you just make it so easy.
